Ray Carroll

Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer

As Chief Executive Officer for Breton Hill Capital, Ray is ultimately responsible for fund performance, investment decisions, and risk management. He chairs the Management Committee and sets the strategic direction of the firm. He co-founded Breton Hill Capital after 13 years of capital markets and alternative investing experience. Previously, Ray joined the 2004 launch of Diversified Global Asset Management (DGAM), a multi-billion dollar alternative investment firm that was subsequently sold to The Carlyle Group. At DGAM, Ray was a Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer for the Mosaic division, and served on the Management Committee and all Investment Committees. Ray started his career as Senior Manager at RBC Royal Bank and Vice President at RBC Capital Markets. He also serves on the Invested Funds Committee of the Canadian Mathematical Society. Ray holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Florida in the field of inverse problems. Ray is a CFA Charterholder.
